View the Warning Dialog
When you try to run a downloaded installer, you may see the following warning:

Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk.

Publisher: Unknown Publisher
Click "More info" to see additional options.

Click "Run anyway"
After clicking "More info", the dialog will expand and show the "Run anyway" option:

If you trust the source of this app and understand the risks, you can run it.
Click "Run anyway" to continue with the installation.

Complete the Installation
After clicking "Run anyway", the installer will launch normally. Follow the instructions in the installation wizard to complete the application installation.
